LONG LASTING LIVING
Nagamochi Shop is an online only store based in Toronto that offers sustainably crafted, long-lasting goods for your daily life and self-care. We also feature a collection of beautiful art pieces and curated culture books.
All items are mainly sourced from Japan and local Canadian artisans thoughtfully selected by Mami and Meg, two Japanese women living in Canada.
Nagamochi- means "long-lasting", "long-wearing", "wears well" in Japanese. It's also a name of a large oblong wooden chest which was used in houses of Samurai families to store fabrics and daily items.
We believe that adapting more Long-lasting goods and meticulously crafted items into our life will create a positive impact and help us to make the world a better place.
