Shipping policy

Local Pick Up (By appointment only)
Free pick up is available in Toronto at Nagomi Beauty Room which is our partner spa salon, NOT our store.
The pick up point is located on Bloor W (5 min. walk from Jane station) and by appointment only.

• How to pick up
  After you order for local pick up, you’ll receive a pick up notification when your order is ready.
  Once you receive the pick up notification, please reply back to the notification email with your 2 preferred time options to come by so we can arrange the time and have your order ready to go.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped every Wednesday via UPS or Canada Post. Local delivery within Toronto is available via Trexity.

Orders placed by 5 PM on Tuesday will be shipped or scheduled for local delivery on Wednesday. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the following Wednesday.

Standard delivery time for shipped orders is approximately 2–8 business days.

Nagamochi Shop is shipping within Canada only at this time.

• Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 before tax.
  • For regular-size items within Canada:
    • Ontario & Quebec: Flat-rate shipping of $14
    • All other provinces: Flat-rate shipping of $17
    • Toronto local delivery: $8
  
  
•  Oversize items
  Currently, we do not ship oversized items but we do offer free pickup at Nagomi Beauty Room (2372A Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S 1P5) with an appointment.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order items are stocks that are not on hand. It may take approximately 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you. You will receive an e-mail notification upon shipment.

Mixed Order 
All order items will be shipped together. Therefore, if your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order items are ready for shipping.  
To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders- one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
