Made in Japan, these crew socks are knitted with a blend of cotton and Japanese washi paper made from Yoshino kuzu, a traditional kudzu root starch from Nara. The material gives them a light, dry feel, while the medium-weight knit makes them comfortable for everyday wear.
Each pair is hand-dyed with natural indigo from Tokushima using a traditional fermentation dyeing process. The soft shibori pattern is created by hand, so no two pairs are exactly alike. With wear and washing, the indigo will gradually soften and develop its own character.
A thoughtful everyday gift for anyone who appreciates Japanese craftsmanship, natural materials, and pieces that become more personal over time.

How to Care
Natural indigo may fade or transfer colour, especially when wet. Wash separately from light-coloured items. Please avoid rubbing against light-coloured clothing or shoes while the socks are damp. As each pair is hand-dyed and paired by hand, slight variations in colour and pattern are part of their character.
