Returns & Refunds
You can return items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you'd like to initiate a return, simply email us at contact(at)nagamochishop.co or contact us from here with your name, order number, and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude the shipping fee.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item.
Please email us at contact (at) Nagamochishop.com with photos or videos of the damage, along with your name and order number, and we'll get it sorted out for you.
