This vintage Yanmar Diesel advertisement was produced by a small company selling combustion equipments in Mie Prefecture. Based on the typography and telephone number format, it is estimated to date back to the late Taisho to early Showa period (1920s–1930s).

Discovered at a flea market in Fukuoka, this historical piece has been preserved in a classic Japanese certificate-style frame, commonly used for awards. While the advertisement itself carries the charm of the past, the frame is brand new.

A rare find for collectors and history enthusiasts alike, this framed advertisement captures a fascinating glimpse into Japan’s early industrial era.
