Hinoki Wood Cutting Board

Cutting board using "Tono Hinoki" that grows in the Urakiso region of Gifu Prefecture.
Hinoki grown in this area has been valued in Japan for a long time as a high-class building material because of its fine annual rings, excellent durability, and less curling.

It is lightweight, thin, and has a very subtle scent of hinoki.
Since it is made from only a limited part of the tree, which is cut according to the annual rings, it is resistant to warping and has a beautiful grain.
(It is not a one-piece board.)
