Miso Measuring Whisk Muddler

A double-ended, stainless steal whisk muddler, perfect for measuring and extracting miso.

Designed ensure consistency and quality of flavour, simply inserting either end of the muddler into miso and twisting will perfectly measure out either one, or two tablespoons of miso into the centre of the whisk.

This product is perfect for preventing clumps, and allows for easy measurement, whether in soups, dressings, or any other means in which you may find yourself cooking with miso.

This ingenious tool was conceived by a mom employee at a Niigata kitchenware company AUX, inspired by her daily routine of making miso soup for her family.
