Pre-Owned Japanese Fabric Uchiwa Fan with Long Bamboo Handle

This pre-owned Japanese uchiwa fan has a long bamboo handle and a navy fabric surface covered with small white dots.

What we especially liked about this fan is its simple, practical design. The long bamboo handle is comfortable to hold, and the wide fabric-covered surface creates a good breeze with very little effort.

The white dots are arranged along soft, flowing lines that look a little like the movement of a river. Against the dark navy background, the pattern also reminded us of the Milky Way stretching across the night sky. It is subtle, but very beautiful, and it is what first caught our eye.

This is a fan you can still use on warm days, but it also looks nice displayed on a wall or placed with other summer items around the home.
