Small but with beautiful and commanding presence,  sake porcelain ceramic cups found at a vintage market in Shimane, Japan.

Shimane is one of the few areas where wasn't severely damaged through the wars and also haven't had many natural disasters.  So many beautiful vintage items remained.

The delicate, hand-drawn lines of the pattern are understated, enhancing the presentation of food without overpowering it. The soft texture of the clay is also palpable to the touch, adding to its charm.
